Damage and Returns Policy
Reporting Damages:
- If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Notifications must include clear photographs or videos showing:
- The damaged item from multiple angles.
- The original packaging, including visible shipping labels and any signs of damage.
Replacements for Damaged Items:
- We will provide a replacement if damage occurred during transit and adequate proof is provided within the required timeframe.
- Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for approval.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction.
Packaging Retention:
- Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim is processed. Failure to provide evidence of packaging damage may result in denial of the claim.
