Damage and Returns Policy

Reporting Damages:

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Notifications must include clear photographs or videos showing:
    • The damaged item from multiple angles.
    • The original packaging, including visible shipping labels and any signs of damage.

Replacements for Damaged Items:

  • We will provide a replacement if damage occurred during transit and adequate proof is provided within the required timeframe.
  • Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction.

Packaging Retention:

  • Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim is processed. Failure to provide evidence of packaging damage may result in denial of the claim.
